Managed Castle
Managed Castle is a home maintenance app geared toward new homeowners. The app makes it easy to keep up with important seasonal maintenance in and around the home. Managed Castle offers new homeowners the power to take action. We designed a simple, but meaningful logo and icon system.
Managed Castle offers a preloaded task calendar, DIY tutorials, the ability to manage multiple properties and in-app product purchasing through Amazon. Values like simplicity, success, and ownership were key drivers for the logo.
The new logo employs a flag symbol as a reference to one's home being one's castle, while hinting at flying a flag as a sign of achievement. One can also find incorporated into the flag a capital letter "M".
